LITTLE PRINCE

I had read a famous book, which name is "little prince".

I read it since the start of this semester.

Of course, the Chinese part I read is more than the English, for those English words are still difficult to me.


This book is very famous all over the world, being translated more than 20 languages.

And that is the main reason for me to take the book serious.


It is a story about a little man(whose name is little prince) adverturing many planet in the universe.

He meet a lot of men and their lives are strange to us.

The author created many incidences, which have kinds of meaning amoung them.

The little prince acts as a child.

And his views to things are all different to adults.

I think this book provides a new way of our thoughts.

And maybe what he says are true.

This book is deffinetely gives an opportunity for our imagination to play.

TWO BOOKS ABOUT PHILOSOPHY

I read these tow books just by other's introductions:

Sophie's World and KABALMYSTERIET

I saw Sophie's World first, which is about a little girl leans philosophy with a man she have not seen.

One teachs her the history of some famous people,(ex:Σωκράτης) and many important thoughts, theories, that affect our lives.

By their talking, we can make our brain more clearly.

From some simple questions, we will experience our lifes deeper.

It does not like a text book which always tries to make you feel commen to philosophy but fail,

actually, it did it.

No wander this book is very popular anywhere.

The other book is KABALMYSTERIET.

The author is same as the first book.

And It is also talking about philosophy, but by another way to describe.

It's a story introducing some thoughts by creating magical world filled with poker-card.

The main role in it is a clown.

The author thinks that clowns is very inappreciable in a set of poker-card, and so as those important philosophers--so little and different.

He also want people take themselves as clowns--not a commen card.

I think we all should have our own thoughts, not following others voice.

The ghost house this week

This week, my classmates and I jointed an activity of"ghost house".
But we acted the roles to scare others who wnat to enjoy this feeling in a dark, big room.
We spent four to five thounsand dollars setting all the mise en scene.


For being very scary, using some colors to make up is essential.
We paint some body paint on our face drying to make us eltritch.
This activity is set from Monday to Thursday, 18:00 to 1:00.


In fact, I do not expect that there will be so many people to come, especially at the midnight.
However, the truth prove I am wrong.
Lot of people came in and come out, which let us scarcely have no time taking a rest.


We shout and shout, with no surcease.
Groups passed and gone, our energy almost decrease to a lowest point.


My freinds who joint acting ghost spent no time sleeping.
And we have to went class and took tests.
We are really tired out.

Reading of THE METAMORPHOSIS

I read Kafka's metamophosis this weekend.

To my surprice, it's just a short story no more than 30 pages.

I am very shooked by the start of the story for it says"One morning, the leading man waked up, finding that he has transformed into a big bug!"

I blieved every reader who had read this book must have the same feeling like me.

The outline of this book is describing a man who becomes a bug at first, then his work, life, the future he wished yesterday and his favorite---family, all leave him along as if they do not know in the past.

In the long run, the man died in his room without anyone's care and tears, and his families start a new live soon leaving no more grieve.

Just like many people say, Kafka's stories are too difficult to understand.

I indentify with this thinking.

Even though, I like these kinds stories very well for it can make us to experience the story more deeply, and that is improved to us.

What cold days!

Even though it's 3/12 now, clod wind still full of the air.
For here is higher than plane, we have to wear more clothes than many university students.
Wind and rain, go and come.
No matter how strong we are, sickness is just waiting for us in the lone run.

People who get sick are more often than before.
The risk of getting cold is absolutely higher.
I know that the weather is unstable in this time because of widely polutions.

Being sick is really a uncomfortable situation.
I hope people who I know would go through this tragedy healthy.
More importantly, we have to reduce the garbege we make everyday.

Last Saterday, when I was watching TV, I enjoy an interesting movie--virgin 40.

It's a story about a man who has'nt had sex his whole life, and he is getting 40 this year. Therefore, his friends teach the leading man many methods to have sex other women!

And many funny things go on. It's certainly a comedy, but including a lot of conversations about sex. However, I would not define it as an obscene movie. Because I think what this movie appears is more than these words.
